An independent plant, not a sideline
Pack to Pack for Plastic Industries moulds rigid plastic packaging in 10th of Ramadan City — buckets, pails and food containers for the companies that fill them every day. Dairies and food processors. Paint and chemical producers. Retail brands that need the container to look as good as what goes inside it.
It is an independent business, built from 2019 onward through partnerships assembled specifically for it. That matters more than it sounds. Pack to Pack does not borrow line time from another plant, does not queue behind another company's orders, and does not treat packaging as a sideline to some other product.
Its capacity, its team and its delivery schedule answer to its own customers.
2,700 m², arranged around one flow
Laid out around material flow, mould changeover and dispatch rather than fitted into an existing shell. It runs the latest generation of injection moulding machines and production lines — including a dedicated in-mould labelling (IML) line that decorates a container while it is still being formed.
- In-mould labelling — branding fused into the pack wall, with no label to lift or peel in a chiller or cold store
- 100+ on the floor — machines can be bought in a quarter; judgement cannot
- Our own fleet — scheduling stays in our hands, so a filling line in Alexandria or Upper Egypt never waits on a third party's route plan
- Two markets at once — the Egyptian market we know closely, and a growing export programme

10th of Ramadan City
A pack the filling line never has to think about
We exist to take one variable off a production line: the container. Every bucket, pail and food tub that leaves our plant is built to the same wall thickness, the same fit and the same finish as the last one — run after run, order after order.
That is the whole mission. Not the widest catalogue, not the lowest price — packaging our customers can plan around, from a dairy filling thousands of tubs a shift to a paint brand that needs the lid to seat the same way every time.
- Consistency — the same specification, batch after batch, with checks built into the run rather than bolted on at the end
- Food-grade by default — resins and processes suited to food contact from the first mould, not an upgrade
- Delivered on our schedule — our own fleet, so your filling line's timeline is not someone else's afterthought
Since 2019
Built once, built for one thing
Pack to Pack for Plastic Industries was set up from 2019 onward as its own venture, brought together through partnerships assembled specifically for it — not spun off, not inherited, not a second line added to an existing business. From day one it was built around a single purpose: rigid plastic packaging, done properly.
That focus shaped every decision after it. The plant in 10th of Ramadan City was laid out around material flow and mould changeover rather than fitted into a shell built for something else. The team was built the same way — our management's hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing goes back to 1993, and that know-how is what set the standard the plant runs to from its first day of production.
