Almost every enquiry we get comes down to the same handful of things: quantity, lead time, colour, printing and food safety. The answers are on the right. Anything they don't cover, send us the product you are filling and we will come back with a recommendation.

Are your containers safe for food?
Food-contact resin is bought as food-contact resin, stored separately, and traceable to its batch. Food and non-food production is separated on the floor and in storage, and tooling and feed lines are cleaned to a documented routine between products.
Certificates are supplied with the order, and we welcome customer audits at the plant.
Can you make a mould for our own design?
Yes. We start with a design-for-manufacture review of your drawing — wall thickness, draft angles, stacking, how it behaves on your filling line — then quote the tooling separately from the parts.
Tooling terms, ownership and storage are written into the quotation, so there is no ambiguity later about whose mould it is.
Can you print our branding on the pack?
We have a dedicated in-mould labelling line. The label goes into the mould and the resin is injected behind it, so the print becomes part of the container wall — full colour, and nothing to scratch or peel in a chiller, a freezer or a wash-down.
Send artwork as vector with fonts outlined. We return a layout proof on the actual pack shape before anything is printed.
Can I get the container in my own colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical sample and we will match it, then send you a moulded sample to approve before the run. Each custom colour carries its own minimum, since the machine has to be purged between colours.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Always — and we would rather you did. Tell us what you are filling and we will send physical samples of the packs that suit it. Run them on your line before you commit to a quantity.
Where do you deliver, and do you export?
Across Egypt on our own fleet, which means the delivery date is a commitment we control rather than one we pass on from a haulier. For export we handle container loading and documentation — tell us the destination and Incoterms and we will quote accordingly.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because a real price depends on quantity, colour, decoration, lid choice and delivery point — a list price would be wrong for almost everyone who read it. Add what you need to the quote basket and send it; you get a priced offer against your actual specification.
