Quality assurance

Quality assurance

Consistency isn't inspected in at the end — it's built in from the first pellet

Every bucket, pail and food container that leaves our plant is checked against the same tolerances as the one before it — not because a customer asked, but because that's the only way a filling line can plan around a pack instead of working around it.

  • In-lineChecks made while a batch is being moulded, not only after
  • Every batchTraceable from resin intake to finished pack
  • 100+Engineers, technicians and staff trained on the specification
  • Latest-genInjection moulding machines, calibrated on a schedule
  • Same specEvery run measured against the same tolerances as the last
Our approach

Checked while it's happening, not just before it ships

A defect caught at the end of a run is a defect that already happened a thousand times before anyone noticed.

Wall thickness, fit and finish are measured while a batch is still running — not after it's been through packing and moved to the warehouse. If something starts to drift, it gets caught and corrected inside the same run, rather than discovered in a pallet that's already several steps closer to your filling line.

The point isn't to catch bad units on their way out the door. It's to make sure there's nothing left to catch by the time a pallet actually leaves the floor.

Technician checking a moulded polypropylene container against specification at the Pack to Pack plant Trained on the spec, not just the machine
On the floor

A technician who knows the spec is part of the quality system

A machine can hold a tolerance. It can't decide whether that tolerance still makes sense for what's being filled. That's why our engineers and technicians are trained against the specification sheet for a product, not just the controls of the machine moulding it — they know what "right" looks like for that particular container, not only how to keep a line running.

With 100+ people across production, tooling and dispatch, that knowledge has to be consistent across shifts and lines — not concentrated in whoever happens to be watching a machine that day.

What backs it up

Three things that make "quality" more than a word on the wall

01

Batch traceability

Every batch is logged back to the resin lot, the machine and the run it came from. If a question ever comes up about a specific pallet, we can answer it — not guess at it.

02

Equipment & calibration

Latest-generation injection moulding machines are maintained and calibrated on a schedule, not run until something drifts and gets noticed downstream.

03

Documentation & sign-off

Every run leaves a record — checks logged, tolerances confirmed, and a sign-off before a batch moves to packing, not after a complaint sends it back.

Traceability

A container you can trace back to the exact run it came from

Every pack that leaves the plant carries a line back through production: which resin lot it was moulded from, which machine ran it, when it ran, and who signed it off. That record exists whether or not anyone ever needs it — because traceability only works if it's there before the question is asked, not built after.

  • Resin intake — lot recorded before it reaches a hopper
  • In-line checks — wall thickness, fit and finish measured during the run
  • Batch sign-off — a run confirmed against spec before it moves to packing
  • Dispatch record — the pallet leaving on our own fleet is tied back to the batch it came from
At a glance

What quality assurance means on our floor

  • Checks made during the run, not only inspected once it's finished
  • Every batch traceable from resin intake to dispatch
  • Latest-generation injection moulding machines, calibrated on a schedule
  • 100+ engineers, technicians and staff trained on the specification, not just the machine
  • A documented sign-off before a batch moves to packing
  • The same tolerances applied to every run, not just the first one
